KeystoneAxis Sourcing collects the project brief you submit so an independent sourcing partner can ask factories for alternative steel building quotations. The desk is not worldwide steel buildings and does not claim authorized dealer status.

Fields on the form

The form asks for your name, work email, optional phone, optional company and the procurement requirement. If JavaScript is available, an optional product label, a budget note and a supplier preference can be appended to that requirement when the form is submitted. Those extras are buyer notes. They are not a credit decision and not a verified factory rating.

If JavaScript is off, write the budget, the currency, the per-unit or whole-order basis and the supplier preference inside the requirement field yourself. The textarea is the field that is stored with the inquiry.

What the requirement may contain

You may include building use, dimensions, design loads, jurisdiction, quantity, destination, delivery timing and the shell or turnkey boundary. Do not include payment card numbers or government identity numbers. Drawings should be described, not assumed to upload, because this form has no file field.

How the text is used

The brief is used to clarify the request and to ask suppliers for quotations on alternative products. It is not sold as a marketing list on this page, and it is not treated as an order. Recipients should be limited to the people needed to answer the request. Exact routing depends on the production mailbox, which is not claimed as verified on this static page.

Retention and access

Ask in a later message if you want a copy of what you sent or if a detail should be corrected. There is no public account portal on this site. Session storage on your browser may remember that you closed the sourcing-benefit ticker. That value stays in the browser and does not extend the seven-day display window stored as the first shown time.

Third-party names

If your brief mentions a brand you were comparing, that name is context for the alternative request. It is not shared as an endorsement, and it does not create an affiliation. Do not send another company’s confidential price sheet unless you have the right to share it.
