Terms of Service for KeystoneAxis Sourcing

These terms cover use of the KeystoneAxis Sourcing inquiry desk for alternative pre-engineered steel buildings, warehouses, workshops and hangars. The desk is an independent sourcing partner. It is not worldwide steel buildings, and it does not claim authorized dealer status. It is not affiliated with that name, and it does not offer original-brand supply.

What a submission is

A form submission asks for follow-up on a building requirement. It is not a purchase order, not acceptance of a quotation, and not evidence that a factory has capacity. Product names in the catalog are inquiry labels. They are not inventory and not a compatibility statement.

Optional budget text and a supplier preference are buyer notes. Premium, mid-range, budget-friendly or undecided is not a verified rating. No existing quotation is required before you write. Currency and the per-unit or whole-order basis should be stated if you include a figure.

Information you should include

Describe building use, footprint, eave height, bay spacing, clear span, project location, code jurisdiction, quantity, destination and requested delivery timing. Design wind speed, ground snow load and seismic design category belong in the note when the project team already has them. Shell, delivered, installed and turnkey are different scopes and should be named.

Standards such as IBC, IRC, ASCE 7, AISC 360, AWS D1.1, IAS AC472 and ISO 9001 may be requested as documents for a quoted system. Naming them on this site does not mean KeystoneAxis Sourcing holds those credentials.

Decisions that stay with you

Member selection, foundation design, code acceptance, permits and contract award stay with you and your project professionals. The desk can organize questions and pass replies. It does not stamp engineering and it does not promise a price, a date or a factory allocation.

Do not send confidential drawings you are not allowed to share. Do not use the desk to order a third-party brand product. If a supplier reply claims a credential, check that the document names the system, the plant and the jurisdiction you are buying for.
